Mexico has established itself as one of the most attractive countries for this strategy, thanks to its geographic location, trade agreements, competitive costs, and skilled workforce. This dynamic is transforming the country’s manufacturing, logistics, and energy industries, attracting foreign investment seeking operational efficiency, reduced delivery times, and more resilient supply chains.
