Internal roads
The park has wide, paved, and signposted avenues, ideal for heavy vehicle traffic. The roads are designed with turning radii suitable for large tractor-trailers and trailers. Main road 30 meters wide and secondary roads 20 meters wide.

Power grid
Availability of medium- and high-voltage electrical power, with infrastructure prepared to meet the needs of warehouses, offices, and complementary services. Three-phase supply is contemplated and the possibility of expansion according to customer demand.

Drinking wáter
Drinking water supply system through an internal hydraulic network, with connections ready for each lot. Ideal for industrial processes, human consumption, and auxiliary services. It has a 360,000-liter tank.

Sanitary and storm drainage
The park has independent sanitary and storm drainage systems, designed in accordance with environmental standards for the collection, conduction, and proper disposal of wastewater and rainwater.

Fiber optics and telecommunications
Fiber optic connectivity available, allowing access to high-speed internet, telephony, and business communication systems. This guarantees an efficient operation that is adaptable to 4.0 technologies.

CCTV and 24/7 surveillance
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) system strategically distributed within the Park, with controlled access and permanent surveillance. Trained personnel guarantee security for businesses, personnel, and merchandise.

Public lighting
The entire park area is equipped with LED lighting in roads, common areas, and operational zones, providing visibility, safety, and energy efficiency at night.

Urbanized lots
Industrial land lots with compacted or asphalt pavement, immediately available, ready to be developed according to the client's requirements (rental). Ideal for logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and offices.

Multipurpose warehouses
Covered spaces of up to 8,000 m² and 14 meters high. Located within a lot, with operational offices, an operations yard, and an access booth, ready for logistics, storage, or manufacturing operations.

Pension area for cargo transport
Secure area for storing tractor-trailers and trailers, with controlled access, surveillance, and operator services. It has lampposts with sufficient lighting.

Campers
Spaces set up as operational offices, ideal for companies that want to be close to their operations or with temporary operations within the Park.

Green Areas
Landscaped areas that enhance the Park's corporate image and contribute to the well-being of the surrounding area.
