The sales team and deputy director of the Gulf of Mexico Coastal Industrial Park had the honor of attending the most important logistics event in Latin America: The Logistics World | Expo & Summit 2025, held in Mexico City. This outstanding participation was made possible thanks to the invitation of ASIPONA Tuxpan, with whom we share a common vision of promoting the logistics, industrial, and port development of our region.
During the two-day event, our team had the opportunity to interact with hundreds of companies, suppliers, logisticians, decision-makers, and representatives of national and international supply chains. The Gulf of Mexico Coastal Industrial Park was presented as a strategic option for establishing industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and oil & gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
At our booth, visitors were able to learn about the various services we offer: industrial land rentals, multipurpose warehouses, cargo transportation, operational office and camper rentals, as well as a robust infrastructure that includes wide roads, water and electrical networks, storm drainage, a wastewater treatment plant, and 32,000 m² of green space. All of this is strategically located just 3 km from the Port of Tuxpan.
Participation in The Logistics World 2025 was also an opportunity to promote the international connectivity offered by our region. The Port of Tuxpan represents a strategic gateway to foreign trade, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, highway connections to the country’s main logistics corridors, and proximity to key industrial centers such as Mexico City, Puebla, and the Bajío region. This privileged location makes the industrial park an ideal option for companies looking to take advantage of nearshoring and establish distribution and production centers near the North American market.
During the event, we strengthened partnerships with logistics companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and energy sector companies that see Tuxpan as a strategic location for their operations. The opportunity to establish a business in a park with all the services, environmental regulations, and institutional support was one of the most valued aspects by visitors.
In addition to promoting services, this experience allowed the park team to identify trends, technological solutions, and new business opportunities to strengthen its value proposition. Participating in panels and conferences gave us a comprehensive view of the challenges and advances in the logistics sector and how to adapt to new market demands.
The relationship with ASIPONA Tuxpan was reaffirmed as a key alliance to drive port development in the region. Together, we promote a comprehensive logistics ecosystem where the industrial park and the port work hand in hand to attract investment and consolidate Tuxpan as a strategic hub in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our participation in The Logistics World 2025 not only represented a commercial showcase, but also a declaration of commitment: we are ready to receive new investments, collaborate with strategic partners, and consolidate ourselves as a competitive, modern, and sustainable option for companies seeking to grow in Mexico.
We deeply appreciate ASIPONA Tuxpan’s support and invitation, and we reiterate our commitment to continue working toward logistics and industrial development that benefits Tuxpan, Veracruz, and the entire country.
