WHO ARE WE?

The Gulf of Mexico Coastal Industrial Park is a modern development located in Tuxpan, Veracruz, designed to boost industrial and logistics growth in the region. Strategically located just five minutes from the port terminals and 293 km from Mexico City, this park offers privileged connectivity that facilitates commercial and transportation operations. Developed by Inmobiliaria y Arrendadora de Lara, S.A. de C.V. (IALSA), the project comprises 47 hectares with 22 lots.

The park is equipped with essential services such as electricity, drinking water, sanitary and storm drainage, wide roads with lighting, fiber optics, and security systems that include CCTV and permanent surveillance. It also offers multipurpose warehouses of up to 8,000 m², a parking lot for freight transport, and spaces for industrial land use, as well as a restaurant and public showers.
